Artemis

Another one for 4forFan, the theme was greek gods/goddesses. 

Artemis is the goddess of hunt, animals and wilderness; she is usually portrayed as a young girl in hunting clothing. I wanted to add to her design by making her doe eyed and with a bow made of stag horns, since the deer was her favorite animal. 

Samurai

I did this for the 4forFan group on facebook, the theme of the week was Samurai!
And I can't believe it...I finished it 30 minutes ago and I don't like it already. It usually takes 1 week... too bad :P

I asked at my internship and for the moment I can't post anything. TOP SECRET stuff hahaha maybe in January... guess I have the obligation to keep working on personal stuff so this place won't be abandoned. Oh my, what a problem. 

Frankfurt Hotel/News

I started my internship at La Cachette, that's why I haven't been posting my drawings these last days...I have a lot of new stuff, but I don't know if I'm allowed to show them, gotta check that at the studio :)

Aaaand I'm back working in an "old" (2012) animation project, I'm really happy with it! I'm rewriting the script, character design...I'll storyboard it today. Hope it gets better than the previous version...

Copa do mundo: Brasil x Holanda

Soooo since it was pretty clear that Brazil wasn't gonna win this match against Netherlands (I didn't think it would be so different after the last Brazil x Germany), I decided that it would be better to just practice my drawing! 


(I don't have a scanner and I'm on vacation, so apparently I'll have to survive with pics and bad quality images until september arrives!)

I saw this kid one day at the subway, coming back home from Gobelins. She wasn't torturing any poor cat, but she did have a bee backpack! Just lovely :)

DIsney Art Challenge

And the Disney Art Challenge is done! Now we are allowed to publish our drawings. I wasn't among the 17 chosen, but it was nice to participate on it. I don't really like my illustration anymore, but I'm always like that with my drawings... I'm used to it.

Last sketches of Annecy

I didn't want to walk around the festival with a sketchbook because my bag was already really heavy...so I drew on the festival guide :)
I don't have a scanner (vacation, hey!) and the photos are really bad, but we get the idea. 

Les Écoliers

Some character design that I was doing for a really short animation sequence, based on different walks and personalities. I probably won't make the sequence, I did the rough animation and I learned a lot with it...but I want to do other stuff than walks :)

I just came back from the animation festival in Annecy! It was awesome, got to talk with a lot of people, watched a lot of screenings/work in progress... but I had some time to sketch a little bit, so I'll be posting them during the week.
